I wore my ZOX yesterday for a charity walk benefitting the National Eating Disorder Association, and I was walking in honor of myself. I’ve been in recovery for almost 4 years and it has been a bumpy road. Lots of ups and downs, setbacks, growing, and not a lot of personal stability. The ZOX bracelet has helped me remember and trust the process. I’m so proud to still be in my healing process and not in a relapse, and having my gentle recovery reminder is a huge help.
