First, let's start with a purpose.

ZOX were created to change the world with kind words.We do that by combining beautiful art with uplfiting reminders, then adding in a really fun collectibility aspect.

 

Why do people buy ZOX?

In surveys we've conducted on our site, we found that around 75% of customers are buying at least 1 as as gift. That's a lot! The giftablity of ZOX is best compared to something like a greeting card, given that each one has not only the words of encouragement on the band itself, but also on the included collector's card.

 

As people get into ZOX more, they tend to become collectors because we're always releasing new designs and they're discovering all the sold-out pieces they missed out on. This has led to an incredible secondary market where collectors avidly buy, sell and trade pieces all around the world.

 

How did ZOX start?

ZOX was started almost on accident by three brothers having an arts and crafts night at our kitchen table in Michigan, way back in 2010. You can watch a video about our story (or read more) by clicking here.

 

What are the key selling features?

- They're the perfect gift for everyone, including yourself.

 

- Every ZOX is individually numbered on the back of the tag and we make a limited amount of every design we produce. Once it's sold out, it's gone for good.

 

- With so many designs, there's always a message that speaks to you, no matter what you're going through.

 

- They're affordable and easy to start collecting. Many people have collections of over 500 pieces already!

 

- They're made from recycled water bottles, meaning each ZOX takes an 8 ounce waterbottle out of our ecosystem.

 

- Our community (ZOX VIP on Facebook) is active and enjoyable to visit. In 2021 alone, we saw over 2,000,000 interactions in the group.

 

What else do I need to know?

ZOX retail for $9.95, though many retailers sell them for $12+ in store.
