I recently read online that it feels like ever since 2019, the years have flown by in a blink. For myself, I feel like it’s becoming harder and harder to keep track of time – it’s going by so fast. What I tend to remember most, though, are the tough times. The moments when I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to climb that mountain or jump over that hurdle. Been there?
Perseverance often means surrender. Surrendering to the outcome, no matter how things go – good or bad. It’s almost a blind walk forward – you could fall, or you could keep going until you reach your destination.
We haven’t made it very far in 2023 yet, so we don’t really know how this year is going to play out (I hope incredibly well), but I want to encourage you to keep walking forward no matter what happens. Persevere the toughest trials that come your way. The strength you need exists inside already – you just have to tap into it.
