I suffer from a generalized anxiety disorder and some other mental issues. During times of stress my body freezes up and my heart races. When I stop to take a few deep breaths, I'm able to calm down a little and think more rationally about the situation in front of me. When I saw this ZOX design I knew it was the perfect reminder to take those breaths when I need them. I also really love the eyes on the band.
