I am a trauma surgeon and was studying for my emergency physician exam when ZOX came out with the Lifesaver strap. I ordered it immediately, and the customer service experience was exceptional, as it was shipped to me here in Germany - no problem at all. Until a few weeks later. That was when I realized that I had lost my Lifesaver Strap. I searched everywhere, my bags, the paths I usually walked, my car, but I couldn't find it. You could say I was heartbroken because I had meant to wear the strap all through pre-exam time and keep it later as a memory for the time when I became an emergency physician. After the Lifesaver Strap had sold out, I described my customer service experience with ZOX to Jordan, sharing my story, and Jordan said that they would check if they had any left somewhere. Despite it being just before Christmas, with the potential for delayed customer experience services due to holiday shipping, Jordan reassured me. A couple of days into 2020, I was delighted by the best customer service experience when Jordan confirmed they had found a strap and had already set it aside for me. About a week later, the new Lifesaver Strap came in the mail. I have been wearing it proudly since, especially when I am out in the streets working as an emergency doc - I passed my qualification in early December 2019... Thanks Jordan, thanks ZOX for your customer service excellence!
