In 2017 I spent several months in the hospital and my doctors weren't sure what was going on and if I was going to survive. I used the Game of Thrones quote, 'what do we say to death? Not today.' as a motivation in spite. I wear this bracelet almost everyday as a reminder and a further way to say not today.
