My husband bought me this Zox bracelet because I'm Autistic and one of my stims when I'm starting to get overwhelmed is to scratch my arms. This bracelet has helped me so much to redirect and fiddle with my Zox instead. It's so comfy and I love that it's made of a really soft elastic, it's not scratchy at all.
