I am a recovering addict and single mother. I was also in an abusive relationship and discovered ZOX around this time. I really needed a reminder that I am doing my very best and Recovery spoke to me in so many ways. I have a bunch of medical problems, including seizures, and having these straps has made a huge difference in keeping my anxiety low. I just look down and I remember that I’ve got this, and I just need to take it one day at a time. I’m doing my best and that’s all I can do.
