I'm going to be completely honest here - I had this design made for my kids. I wanted something that would make them realize how great fruit actually is, something that would encourage them to be healthy and active.
Then I saw a TED talk by Wendy Suzuki, a neuroscientist who talked about the value of exercise on our brain - it keeps it fresh. It gives us the ability to think clearer, to have more ideas and protect our brains from diseases that happen over time. The research she had was so incredible, it made me actually get back on my bike again and begin riding every morning I could.
I love that.
My hope for you, with this ZOX, is that it inspires you to be healthier in your daily routine. To eat healthier, be more active and keep it fresh. It's only with a clear mind that we discover the best ideas.
