Story

In my 8 years of working at ZOX, I've learned a lot about myself. I've figured out that my reason for being excited to head into the office every day is because I like creating experiences. That's my "Why".

Once I realized my 'Why', I immediately recognized something else - my obsession with the little things. At work, the little things make all the difference in the world. They're what let me craft the perfect experience in a way that's truly meaningful - one that makes an impact on everyone it touches. When people would talk about the little things, that's always what I would resort to - the level of detail I put into my craft.

It wasn't until we had Sven in 2016 that I realized what the little things really are: they're moments. Not those life-changing, monumental moments that you never forget - the little things are the ones that, once recognized, immediately cause a feeling of immense gratitude. They make you feel happy to be here.

They're also what keep us sane when everything seems to be going wrong.

When I find myself feeling like nothing is going my way, I always go back to the little things. Rather than getting down about what's wrong, I take comfort in the little things that put a smile on my face. My hope, for this Pearl, is that it does the same for you.
