It's no secret I'm a big, big fan of empathy - the ability to truly understand and care about how others feel.
But the reality is that many of us today don't really feel loved. We may feel like we have some sense of connection with others online, but when we really think about it, we still feel lonely and unseen. And that, my friend, breaks my heart.
