For sloth week, I felt like this specific reminder was so perfect that I just had to include it. Sloths are literally one of the slowest moving mammals on earth, but for good reason - conserving energy. By taking it slow, the sloth is able to continue moving forward, steady with progress.
How perfect of a reminder is that for us? It's very 'tortoise and the hare', isn't it? You don't need to always move quick to achieve what you want - sometimes the best route is taking it slow and getting it right the first time.
