Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We optimize our fulfillment to focus on volume instead of focusing on orders that were placed first, so not all orders ship in the order they were received.
You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 *business days of submission.
*A business day is defined as Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PT. Our team does not work on Saturday or Sunday.
At times, we may offer expedited shipping via USPS or FedEx. Those orders are typically shipped sooner. Any free shipping types or methods under $5 that ship within the US are not priority.
Paying more for base shipping through USPS does not mean your order will be shipped sooner. USPS orders cost more due to unreliability and lack of insurance. The added cost to USPS is a surcharge to cover our customer support time and replace lost packages as needed.
Delays In Shipping
We do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a small business that handles all fulfillment in-house, we may get overwhelmed by sudden surges in orders. If this happens, time to fulfillment may go from 1-2 business days to closer to 3-5 business days to get the package ready and passed to the courier.
This may also happen at any given point due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have very strict policies to protect our employees and our customers. If any employee has come in contact with someone known to have COVID, they must take 2 weeks off and test negative at the end of the first week and at the end of the second. Once the results for the second test have come back negative, only then can they return to work.
