UCHealth impact

We've partnered with UCHealth to remind all that in challenging times, when we come together and support one another, we can overcome anything.

REMEMBER YOUR WHY

Healthcare workers share a deep sense of purpose and meaning in caring for their patients and their community. For many in healthcare, the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic produced significant moral distress, burnout, and compassion fatigue, conditions that at times were deeply personal and isolating. The wristband project with Zox establishes a symbol of resiliency, healing and growth that connects us deeply to one another, serving as a reminder of our human experiences. This bolsters a sense of community connection of our individual and collective strength as we continue to navigate the waters of our changing world.

We are delighted to partner with the Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation as we share deep alignment with their mission of well-being for the healthcare workforce. Since inception, the Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation has been a national advocate for reducing burnout of healthcare professionals and safeguarding well-being and job satisfaction, specifically addressing issues related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Burnout, Anxiety, Depression, and Suicide in the healthcare workforce.

Coming together to inspire hope and solutions for healthcare

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers faced elevated rates of burnout, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and suicide. Now more than ever we must support the well-being of our healthcare workforce.
