The first attempt is always the awkward one. First day, first shift, first time walking into a room where everybody already knows each other and you are holding your coat wondering where to put it. There is no version of starting that feels graceful from the inside.
This design is refreshingly unbothered about that. Bigfoots in bright pink and green, striding across the snow, every one of them clearly visible and none of them attempting to blend in. The usual approach for a creature famous for hiding is to hide. Not here.
That is the useful joke in it. Most of us spend the first stretch of anything new trying very hard to not be noticed, hoping to become competent quietly and only then be seen. It never works that way around. You get good in front of people, or you do not get good.
Being conspicuous while you are still learning is the actual price of admission, and everybody who is now excellent at a thing paid it in full, usually in public, usually while feeling exactly how you feel.
So go in bright. Be obvious about it. There is no back entrance to the part where you are good at this.
