Courage is not sized to the person carrying it. Some of the bravest things get done by the smallest people in the room, usually without any announcement and often while everyone around them is busy being impressed by something else.
That is what makes this design land. An otter in an astronaut helmet, entirely calm about being somewhere no reasonable otter has any business being. It is funny and it is also completely sincere, which is a hard combination to pull off.
Nobody looks brave from the inside. From in there it is just the thing you did while feeling awful, the appointment you went to alone, the first day you walked into without knowing anybody. Courage almost never arrives as confidence. It arrives as going anyway, which is a much more ordinary and much more impressive thing.
Whatever is big and frightening right now was not built to your scale, and you are doing it regardless. That counts. It counts more than the people doing easy things beautifully.
For the small ones doing large things, and for everyone cheering them on from the ground.
