“A kind word goes a long way” has almost become a cliche statement, hasn’t it? Though, that doesn’t make it any less true. Kindness is extremely underrated. If you've ever been subject to insults, you probably understand how hurtful comments ring louder in your head than compliments. I think that’s because we don’t really hear kind words enough. 

We live in a world dictated by social media – it’s just the truth. And one thing about communicating through social media? It makes it way easier to be unkind through a screen. If you work in customer service, you know exactly what I’m talking about. 

Here’s the thing: how much easier would it be to walk through your day if you didn’t have to fear the repercussions of receiving unkind messages? Wouldn’t you be a little more inclined to talk to others? Maybe that’s just me… In all seriousness though, I hope this ZOX reminds you that even though you can result to being harsh, it’s way cooler to be kind.
