Howl At The Moon Bracelet
We'll be donating a portion of our proceeds for every design sold on our site from our Wolf Collection to Wolf Hollow Sanctuary, a wonderful organization that's leading the way in wolf preservation in the wild through education and exposure.
Sometimes, you just want to scream.
It's okay. I'll admit it, I'm in that same boat. Though mine is probably more of a loud yell as a scream feels too high pitched for me, but I digress - it's okay.
Let me say that again:
Being upset is okay. It's a normal feeling that every single one of us goes through often. It's interesting that I thought about this name after seeing this art for the first time - the idea of a wolf howling at a blood moon was such an interesting concept to me as it's a bit of a throwback to the old saying 'seeing red' - a phrase that originated from bull fighting, believe it or not.
Sometimes we find ourselves so upset that it's hard to even put things into words. And trust me, as someone who writes a LOT of words, I try. But the reality is that if we really take a moment to think about it - to let ourselves cool off - nothing is really that bad, is it?
My mom recently remarked on my ability to have that perspective recently, noting how even when I am very upset, I discuss it, then I let it go. I don't hold grudges, I don't sit here and stew on things or continue to play them back over and over in my mind - I just move on.
And to be honest, I think it's a bit of a superpower. Because while other people tend to almost become a 'deer in the headlights' when they're angry, I've learned that life is too short to waste it on things I can't change. That energy is much better focused on the things I still can.
So go ahead, get mad. Let it all out, then let it go. You'll be so much happier in the long run, I can promise you that.
Big Hugs!
