I have a confession to make. I wrote the words on the back of this card for myself.
"You've done enough for today. Let your shoulders drop, let your thoughts quiet down, and let your body rest."
That's not me giving advice. That's me leaving a note for the version of myself that shows up at midnight, staring at the ceiling, convinced that somehow I should still be working.
Because I am terrible at falling asleep. Like, embarrassingly bad. My brain just refuses to clock out. It starts running through everything I didn't finish. The email I forgot to send. The conversation I should have handled differently. The thing I was supposed to do last Tuesday. And underneath all of it, this low hum that says: you haven't done enough yet. You don't get to rest.
But here's what I'm slowly learning, my friend.
The list will never be finished. There will always be one more thing. The question isn't whether you've done everything - it's whether you've done enough for today.
And most days, if you're honest with yourself? You have.
You showed up. You tried. You carried things that were heavy and kept moving anyway. That counts. All of it counts. And the most productive thing you can do right now is let yourself rest.
That's why we called this design Rest Easy.
When you wear it, I hope it's the last thing you see before you close your eyes - a reminder that rest isn't quitting. It's how you come back.
