Story

With each new day, we are faced with a choice. We can either choose to let negativity linger and control our emotions, or we can choose to embrace positivity and happiness. In all honesty, there are plenty of days where I let negativity take over. Maybe I had an argument with my boyfriend, or I let my insecurities consume my thoughts. There are some days when being positive just seems near to impossible, and the truth is that's okay. We are all human. We are all guaranteed to come across some rough days. Yet we have to remember that when we wake up the next day, we get to start over. We can choose to move past the struggles of yesterday and move forward with a smile on our faces. We can choose to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We can choose to stay positive and when we do, we’ll realize how much our mindset can change our lives.
