I want to tell you about the moment most people quit, because it's not the dramatic rock-bottom moment you might imagine. It's usually quieter than that, a Tuesday afternoon when nothing is working and everything feels harder than it should, when the progress you expected hasn't shown up yet and the easier path is starting to look really, really good.

That's the moment this strap is for.

Sea turtles have been swimming these oceans for over 100 million years, surviving the same extinction event that wiped out the dinosaurs, and they did it not by being the fastest or the strongest, but by being remarkably, relentlessly consistent, by simply never stopping. Staying the course isn't glamorous and it doesn't always make a good story, but it's often the single difference between the life you're building and the one you settled for. When everything in you wants to pivot, pause, or walk away, this is the reminder that you were built for longer than the moment you're in right now.

Sea turtles have been proving that longer than almost anything alive on this planet, and we feel a responsibility to make sure that story keeps going. That's why we partnered with Mote, a marine research and conservation organization that embodies everything this strap stands for, showing up consistently, doing the unglamorous work, and not stopping. What they've accomplished is genuinely remarkable.

In fact, in previous years:

2,344 sea turtle hatchlings received rehabilitative care at Mote.
860 calls were answered by Mote’s 24 hour hotline for stranded marine animal response.
25 sea turtles were rehabilitated and released.
4,284 sea turtle nestswere documented by Mote scientists and volunteers.
A new Sea Turtle Protection Zone was announced by Mote in Sarasota County to keep turtles safe from unintended boat strikes.

We will be donating a portion of our proceeds for every design sold on our site from our Sea Turtle Collection to Mote, a wonderful organization that's leading the way in marine research and conservation.
