I love this ZOX so much. Tiny Victories is a phrase that I use all the time here at the office - it's how I'd describe nearly everything that went right here. It's easy to feel like we're never getting the BIG wins - I think part of that reason is that when other people get them, they're publicized pretty significantly. John Smith wins the lotto, XYZ company sells for a zillion dollars, etc. It's almost as if we're trained to feel like if it's not a huge win, it's not worth celebrating.
But it is! Especially in times like today.
I'm a firm believer that we need to celebrate more of what we're doing right, no matter the size. That's what this ZOX is for - it's made to remind you of the tiny little victories you're experiencing each day. The smile from someone passing by, those peaceful moments you had this afternoon to do something you enjoy - whatever it is, we're celebrating it together. You deserve it.
