Today I Will Not Worry is permission to put it down, just for today.
Not because nothing matters, and not because you can flip a switch and suddenly feel calm, but because you deserve a break from the constant bracing. You have survived every single one of your hardest days so far, including the ones you didn’t think you could make it through. You’re still here. That isn’t luck. That’s a track record.
So when your mind tries to sprint ahead, come back to what’s in front of you. The next breath. The next right thing. The part you can actually control. Today, you get to trust yourself. Today, you get to rest from the worry.
