One of the things I find myself constantly pushing my kids on is to try new foods - even if they don't like it, the fact that they at least tried is all that matters. The good news? If they do end up liking it, they've now discovered something else to enjoy!
Pineapple was like that for our family - my kids thought it looked funny and really didn't not want to try it at all. But once they did, it was like a light when on above their head - they were hooked!
Think about how many times in your life you find yourself saying no. We turn down invitations and opportunities for amazing new things because we are scared to try them. My hope for this beautiful ZOX is that it gives you the courage to say yes, to try something new and experience everything life has to offer.
